Located in the historic center of Lisbon and with a full view of the Castelo de São Jorge. This housing project fully oriented for renting is located in Martim Moniz and is somehow responsible for the revitalisation of this area in Lisbon. Scalline team collaborated on this project by developing the atmospheres and interior design to a set of 26 apartments in several typologies like T1, T2 and T3. Our scope of work included the site coordination, installation and assembly of all equipments and furniture as well the decoration.
